H1B Stamping Question at Canada

Hello

My current H1B/I-797 will be expired on Oct-20-2013. I have applied for H1 Extenstion again and I got another year until Oct-2014.

Do I need to schedule my appointment and fill the DS-160 form with new H1B(Valid until Oct-2014) to get the Visa until Oct-2014 ?

Or, Do I need to schedule my appointnment and fill the DS-160 with old H1B(expire on Oct-2013) and go with the new H1B (valid until Oct-2014) for Visa Interview to get the visa stamp until Oct-2014 ?

Please Help !!

You need to Give your New H1B which expires in Oct-2014.

But I discussed with my employer about this. They told me to go with the old H1B details for the visa appointment and DS-160.

While going to interview, I need to show the new I797 along with the old one. Then I will get the stamp until 2014.

Does any body experience this kind of situation ?
