Transfer in RFE, can I join a new company

I have entered US on H1 through company A and I94 is valid till 31 Dec 2013. I joined company B in March 13 and they applied for a visa transfer. There is a RFE from USICS and the company B is working on it. Meanwhile company C has a H1 transfer approval for my visa.

My questions are as follows:

1. Can I join company C now

2. Can I join company D which will apply for my Visa transfer. What is the procedure in this case. Please help.

to answer your question, yes you can join company C.

Thanks OmShiv. I was not thinking of switching companies so soon but just wanted to have the information for my knowledge.

Can some one revert back to me on joining company D. Please let me know if I can join a new company if my H1 approval is under RFE with current employer.
