I was from some University. My OPT got RFE and am still in status though. I wanted to join ******* University and apply for H1. Is it advisable to join in that University or no. Please help.

Go to school to study and not to mark time until next year. Go home and earn money and have an employer file when you have the experience on your resume.

A US degree was never a guarantee for a US job.

whatever the university(?) it is , you cannot simply go and join that univ. You cannot simply join some school just to be in status.

Your earlier posts already says that you have misused your F1 visa and again you are trying to do it.

No real university would just admit somebody in the spur of the moment.

Stay away from all these shady universities that nobody has heard of.

Apply at a REAL university, best a public university. Stay away from these shady ripoffs. They only result in lots of problems later on.
