Do i need to go for H1B visa stamp if i change my employer ?

Hi,

1. I have stamped H1B visa valid till June, 2014 through employer A.

2. I have changed my Employer to B and I got new I-797 valid till 2016.

3. My dependents got H4 visa stamped through Employer B which is valid till 2016.

Please let me know if i go out of the country , should i go for visa stamping?

As long as your stamp is valid (June 2014), u can travel on your old stamp and show the new I-797 at the POE

Make sure the new I-94 is issued till 2016.

As long as you have a valid visa you don't need to go for stamping.
