H4 along with H1B Renewal(which consulate to go.. HYD/Chennai)

Hi..

I am a resident of US(from AndhraPradesh) for the past 5 years and am on H1. I am going to India for my marriage and am planning to get my VISA stamped along w my wife in Chennai.I'm planning to renew my Visa at the same time I'm planing to take my wife for her H4 stamping at Chennai consulate.

Can my wife come along with me for H4 stamping to Chennai? or do we have to go to HYD consulate coz her visa is first time.
