VO told me that iIcan come back to USA with a new fresh visa. Now I am in UK doing my MBA. I read in some blogs that I need to file I-601 if I wish to apply for any visa in the future. Can I come back in the future without any hassle. Is there anyone here who can help me with the required documentation or guide me on how to proceed further. Thanks. Link to comment
