wd_1986 Posted May 15, 2013 Report Posted May 15, 2013 Hello All, My application was withdrawn at Chicago port of entry on Nov 2011 when I am on my OPT. VO told me that iIcan come back to USA with a new fresh visa. Now I am in UK doing my MBA. I read in some blogs that I need to file I-601 if I wish to apply for any visa in the future. Can I come back in the future without any hassle. Is there anyone here who can help me with the required documentation or guide me on how to proceed further. Thanks.
