mhb45 Posted May 14, 2013 Report Share Posted May 14, 2013 Hi, I came to US on L1 Visa and my wife is on L2. She got an EAD and currently working. I am planning to change to H1 in October 2013 (as my L1 is expiring) because of which my Wife will be moving to H4 on Oct 2013. My wife EAD is valid till Oct 2014. My question is, if my wife moves to H4, because she has an EAD till Oct 2014, whether she can continue to work till Oct 2014 or she has to stop working because she moves to H4. Please clarify.
