Transfer while the old H1 petiton is on RFE

Hi there,

my employer extended my H1b , in 6th year with approved 140 ,which is ending in june 2013. I got an RFE on this H1b , mean while I got an opportunity from another company.

so is it possible , for me Transfer my H1b to new employer while my employer had not submitted any documents yer for the RFE

Also will there be any kind of impact on RFE , when I apply for transfer to a new company.I mean will the decision for RFE be made on Transfer.

You can but you will need some kind of proof to show that your I140 has been approved and active.
