j1waiver79 Posted May 10, 2013 Report Share Posted May 10, 2013 DOS has sent favorable recommendation of my J1 waiver to USCIS and they received that on March 18 th, 2013. But it is in initial review stage since then. I was wondering if there is anyone with simiar situation or had waiver approved around that time. I would appreciate if other applicants are interested to publish their time frame or wait time for USCIS final approval. I applied through conrad waiver process. Link to comment
