H4 Stamping through Dropbox while H1B is in USA

I have a question on My Wife(H4) stamoing through drop box option.

My situation is -I am currently in US and will be travelling to India on June 1. My wife is already is in India since March after returning from USA. Both of us have the H1B and H4 extension approved and have the approval notice.

I am trying to submit her docs through dropbox before I come to India on June 1 and get her visa stamped. I believe she can submit her documents before June 1 since I am in US and he can get her visa stamped. I am not eligible for my H1b stamping using dropbox facility. He has medical condition and she can not attend interview with me. Also I dont have sufficient time to get the her dropbox stamping after my VISA is stamped after attending Interiew

Can you please let me know if it is Okay to submit her visa through drop box while I am in US (before June 1) .since I have already scheduled my interview date for June 10, is there is any issue with submitting H4 docs for visa extension stamping before my VISA stamped?
