Advice please - Immigration reform - physician GC

Hi,

1. I am an internal medicine resident from India on H1-B visa.

2. Will complete my residency training in June 2013

3. Accepted a hospitalist job, will start GC processing

4. Given the long EB2 wait time and the immigration reform

5. should I go for PERM or NIW? Which path will potentially be quicker?

Until the immigration reform bill is on the desk of the President for signing, it is just a bill, and can change significantly.

Nobody can know how the final bill will look like.

What does your attorney advise? Go with that.

I assume you are talking about the 5-year NIW. If so, by far the best way to go is with PERM.
