H1B Lottery Picked..Need to travel to India

Hello,

I am on legal F1 status, I don't have a OPT option, as this is secound Master's degree and I am doing MBA from a reputed institution.

I have applied for H1B this year,employer applied as a future In-House employment,Normal processing and I got my H1B picked in lottery.

I am currently in a situation where I need to travel to India in a week or two. My question for you here is

Suppose If I expedite my H1 process to premium processing and by God's grace I got approved, say in a week or two.

Can I travel to India and have my H1B stamped in India after October and come back?

Yes, you can go for a Visa stamping before October and enter US on H1B visa .

You cannot have multiple visas so the consulate will cancel your F1 visa if it is still valid.

How long do you plan to be in India.

There may be no need for PP depending on the circumstances

you can go to india and may appear for stamping prior to October (once your petition is approve), only thing is that you can fly to USA only after 20th of september or later.
