tarigopula Posted May 8, 2013 Report Posted May 8, 2013 My Parents got their B-2 visa while my brother was in the US on H1-b in 2010. My brother is no longer on h1-b and since has moved to India. B-2 visa has duration for 10 years. so, they are willing to travel to US to visit me and my husband. My husband is on H-1B and I am on H4. For them to travel to the US what is the validity of the visitor visa. if the visa is valid, what are the documents required to carry to the port of entry.
