L1B to L1A to GC

Hi

i was on L1B Visa for 4.5 years my Visa changed to L1A and now i have it for 2.5 more years before it max out.

in my previous job not in the US i was on managerial roll (same employer).

I'm going to start the GC process

my question is can i apply for EB1 as a manager ?

It may be possible for the employer to sponsor you for an EB-1 GC, but I would need additional information. You should check with your employer's immigration attorney.
