H1b Transfer , PERM pending

Hi,

My h1b is expiring in June 2014, my company has applied for PERM on 22 Jan 2013 and it is still pending.

I recently got offer from another company.

My questions are

1. If I join new company in June 2013 and they apply for my new PERM in 3 months lets say Sept 2013. Will it get approved before June 2014 (before h1b expires)? If not what are the options for me ?

2. Will new company able to port by old PERM ?

Don't start working/or H1B transfer for company B if your I-140 (not PERM) is approved from company A. If you move to company B without approved I-140, your efforts will go waste. You cannot port your priority date based on PERM, it can only be based on your I-140.
