H4 to F1 conversion - Financial Support

Hello,

I am planning to convert my wife from H4 to F1. she is already going to school on H4. As part of COS from H4 to F1, we need to show proof of financial support with includes bank statements/letters etc. I am planning to show some amount from my side(husband to student) and some from my brother(brother in law to student). Would this be any issue if we show some amount from husband and brother in law.

Please advice if it is advisable to show financial support this way.

Also, Brother in law is in India, so we are planning to get the bank statements from there and get notarized to convert the amount to equivalent USD.

PS: We are planning to apply COS within united states.
