Travel to India in OPT Extension

Hi,

I need your suggestions please.

I am in OPT Extension. My OPT will expires on December 2013 and my F1 visa will expires on December 10th 2013. I applied to H1 visa and its has been approved.

I am planning to travel India on May Second week.

Questions

I want to know, Travelling to India in OPT is legal or not?

If legal, Is there any know problems If I travel now?
