Can I enter USA with Valid Visa petition but expired H1-B visa stamping I-94

Hi all

We were going to cruise ship travel to Mexico in 2 weeks ; We have valid H1-B Visa petition(till 2014) but expired H1-B visa stamping & I-94.

I think we might have problem entering USA, how to address this problem?

Any help in this matter is very much appreciated.
