SuneethaJJ Posted April 30, 2013 Report Posted April 30, 2013 Hi, I came to US 2008 on h4 then changed status to F1 then applied for H1. its like h4->F1->H1. SInce 2008 I didn't go to my home country till now. I have valid H1 visa till 2014 Oct. Can i go to CANADA for H1 stamping. I'm working in US since 2009. Can you please provide your valuable answers for my case? Thanks & Regards, Suneetha
omshiv Posted May 1, 2013 Report Posted May 1, 2013 well if you read up the Canada's US Consulate's site, they have mentioned that the candidates coming for stamping needs to have a US Master's degree...and in your case it dosent look like you have done your MS...but if you did then go ahead.
SuneethaJJ Posted May 1, 2013 Author Report Posted May 1, 2013 Thanks shiv and rahu for your response. I had masters here from non accreditation university. Thats the reason I didn't used this masters degree to apply my H1. I used only my home country masters to apply for H1 . But since Sep-2009 I'm working here, is this expereince in US will help to attend the stamping in CANADA Thanks, Suneetha
