My company has applied for H1-B visa year and it has been selected in the lot for this year & I have the receipt with me (I haven't got the H1B approval though). Due to some urgent personal work, I want to travel to India on May 23rd 2013 and come back on June 2nd 2013. Is it safe to travel to India at this time? What concerns me is that my OPT is valid only till JUne 10th 2013 and this might cause problems at POE while returning back. Would really appreciate any advise on this.
