travel on B2 visa,H1b Approved

Hi Friends,

My H1b Visa 2014 was approved,I currently hold B1/B2 visa and planning to go US on Visit in Aug, Can I start working from Oct without getting H1b Stamp ,

If I visit india after i start working without H1b Stamp,Will I face any serious problem while H1b stamping in India ..

No you can not start on H1B from 1st Oct IF YOU entered US based on B1/B2. If you want to start working on H1B from 1st Oct then you need to file COS.

It is illegal to work on H1B without having I-94 of type H1B or COS.

You may face difficulty/rejection during stamping when you go back and say you worked on H1B.

Consult better attorney before taking risky step.
