sam1989
what is the charge for MAN DEL CS PG 2 OR 2-A >=4G<400G in texas? Link to comment
jsk423
It means the person was caught manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance and it was over 4 grams and under 400 grams. I'm not sure of the exact charges but I'm sure the person charged is in some serious trouble though. Link to comment
jsk423
I did some research and here is what I found MAN DEL CS PG 2 OR 2-A >=4G<400G Manufacturing / Delivering a controlled substance or Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 Greater than or equal to 4 grams, less than 400 grams. PG2 Drugs - Ecstasy, PHP, Mescaline PG 2 >=4<400 is a second-degree felony punishable by 2 to 20 years in a state prison and/or a fine of not more than $10,000. They can also suspend their driver's license for 6 months, and technically charge them with unpaid taxes (although this civil penalty is usually reserved for major dealers who are making all that nontaxable revenue dealing large quantities) Link to comment
