H1b Expired Labor Pending

1. My H1b expired on april 27th 2013. Labor PD is june 20th 2012. Applied B2 visa now. If my labor gets approved before June 20th 2013 can I apply for 1 year extension or do I need to wait till June 20th 2013 to file H1b extension.

2. After Labor approval Can I change my employer ?

If your labor gets approved before Jun 20th 2013 you can file for an extension immediately.

Since you have already spent the 6 years you will not be able to change employers based on approved labor from the current employer.

Thank You. One more doubt do I need to wait till my B1/B2 change of status gets approved or can I go ahead and apply H1b extension immediately once my Labor gets approved?

Its probably better to wait until the B1/B2 gets approved so that you dont confuse USCIS with two petitions at the same time.
