H4 Visa stamping in Hyd- 8th extention-VISA appointment waiver ?

Hello Folks,

I need valuable information form you for my wife's H4 Visa stamping, I recently get stamped H1B Visa successfully , and planing to go india.

My wife needs to get her H4 stamped, we are on 8th year .

does she allowed the visa wiaver option at hyderabad ?

or what kind of options are availble ?
