pdjun2012
my PD was jun.24 2012 it got denied :apr 17th the reason: the information listed in 9089 does not match information contained in the PWD submitted by the employer. information on PWD submitted by employer implies travel required for job opportunity. my company has one office and the only travel required is to clients within a 50mile radius. so my lawyer thinks that jsut an appeal for re consideration should solve this is this correct or is it more complicated than that thank you for any input Link to comment
pdjun2012
anyone? is it normal for wage to come up this early in the GC process?? thank you Link to comment
ateetshah
Employer has to pay prevailing wage when getting GC and has to demonstrate at Labor stage that it can pay. It is called "ability to pay". DOL always asks for company's financials. Your attorney representing your employer should handle this. Link to comment
