H1b filing with less experience

Hi All,

I have total 6 years of IT experience from 2007 - 2013. I have 3 years BSc Computers 2004-2007 and completed 3 years MCA Masters degree (Distance course from IGNOU 2007-2010) in India.

Currently, I'm working in USA on H1B for company 'x' and my visa is expiring on Jun 2013. I have received an offer from company 'y' and company 'y' is filing for my visa transfer.

Since I finished my MCA on Dec 2010, Company y's attorney is filling visa understating my experience as 2 years from Dec 2010 to till date whereas my actual experience is 6 years.

Please let me know if this will be an issue now or in future?

PS : My education is evaluated as equivalent to US Masters degree.
