Stay on Full-time & Part time status for 2 different employers on H1B

Hi, I worked for company A on H1b and recently got an offer from company B and started working for them on getting my H1B approval. Now, company A wants me to stay part time for few weeks.

1) Is it legally allowed

2) Is there any restriction like minumium or maximum no. of hours that I can work for company A, since I have already started working full time for company B? Company A still have my H1 with them.

When a person has two approved H-1B petitions, he or she can work according to the terms of either one, or even both if it's technically possible. However, if the petition is approved for full time work then the employer generally is required to employ full-time. An exception would be where the employee takes time off for personal reasons (as opposed to being required by the company to take time off).
