formyuse
You will have to apply for Change Of Status (COS) from H4 to F1. First speak with the International Services at your school. I had sent these documents: Original I-20 (make sure you sign) Completed I-539 application & application fee Copy of SEVIS I-901 fee receipt Admission letter to degree program Copy of your passport Copy of your I-94 Copy of current visa stamp (H4) Copy of principal visa holder’s (H1) passport, I-94, I-797 and current visa stamp Sponsor’s financial support documents - Bank statements, Pay stubs etc Affidavit of Support - I134 Copy of marriage certificate Employment proof or a letter from HR of the H1 visa holder.
