harinat Posted April 23, 2013 Report Share Posted April 23, 2013 Hi, My wife is here with me in USA on H4 dependent Visa. I have applied for H1 for her this year. And also it is time for applying for H4 extension. 1) What will happened if I apply both H1 and H4 extension same time. 2) What if my H4 extension got approved first and then H1 and Vice-versa. 3).If my H1 got approved first and then H4 do I need to apply for "Change of status" to work here. If she was unable to find her own employer and take care of the requirements for filing, she is unqualified to work in the US. Are you planning to go to her workplaceand do her job too?
