H1B- Got 221G white in Ottawa on April 22nd

Hi All,

I got 221g white slip in ottawa on 22nd april.

below is the interview. Vo was a young white guy.

VO: SO you work for employer XXX?

Me: yes

VO: do you work at client site?

Me: yes

VO: Client letter, vendor letter, employer letter ?

Me: Gave all three.

VO: Paystubs and i129 and LCA ?

Me: Gave it.

VO: We need to further review your case. We will email you.

Anyone else got the same or had similar experience ??

Any news people ? One of my friend who had interview on 23rd in ottawa got an email yerterday to submit docs. They had given him back everyhitng except 797.

I have not heard anything yet.

as i mentioned above, they took all the docs from me except the passport.

I had my interview on 22nd April with a 221G issued but till now i did not got any email or phone for additional information from embassy.Did you guys get an email or a call to your employer. Please do let me know and can you pls share your email id's.

Just found out, consulate had emailed my manager about the client letter he gave me on april 22nd and he replied them back on friday april 26th...5 days later. Its been a week since then. No reply from the consulate.

Waiting game is frustrating. I am in India now.
