0407 Posted April 24, 2013 Report Share Posted April 24, 2013 you need to tell Attorney whether H1B was approved for consular processing, meaning no new I-94 issued along with H1B approval, one needs to get visa stamp to begin working on H1B or was it approved as COS, meaning with new I-94, your status automatically changes to H1B on Oct 1 Link to comment
