sreeramrite Posted April 22, 2013 Report Posted April 22, 2013 If a candidate on f1 visa expiring opt in june 2014 applied for h1b this year.He got the approval and now lost his job.what will be his status from oct as they revoked the h1b.

0407 Posted April 24, 2013 Report Posted April 24, 2013 you need to tell Attorney whether H1B was approved for consular processing, meaning no new I-94 issued along with H1B approval, one needs to get visa stamp to begin working on H1B or was it approved as COS, meaning with new I-94, your status automatically changes to H1B on Oct 1
