You would have to ask the college to provide CIP Code (Classification of Instructional Programs). Most IS department representative does not know about the CIP code, so better to ask International Student Office about the CIP Code. They would be able to help you with that.

After that, click on link below and compare the CIP code with the one listed in the document below-- If exists, Yes classified as STEM degree, if not--the degree isn't a STEM Degree.
