I-485 - Primary applicant approved but dependent pending

Hi Guys, The primary applicant on our I-485 is approved but the dependent still shows as pending. We had applied both cases together and were issued RFE's at the same time. We had responded to the RFE's at the same time and USCIS shows that both RFE's responses were received together but now one of the cases got approved. I was hoping that this was just a glitch and the actual approval letter/green card would be for both but it is just for one.

I looked online and see that this has happened before to many other people. One thing I could not find by searching around was that if there was anything that can be done about it. Can we request USCIS to look into this and see if the other case can be approved?

Not until your derivative's petition is outside the processing window..

you might try opening a SR...also wait for few more days.

I thought I did post back on what happened. The derivative application was approved without any issues.
