Can I still file a premium processing upgrade request or can it now be done only after I get a receipt notice from USCIS? Thanks for your help.
Attorney_11 Posted April 18, 2013 Report Posted April 18, 2013 USCIS will, at a stage where a petition has been filed, accept a request for premium processing only after the receipt notice is issued.
