Drivers License Expiring while H1B Extension

Can anyone let me know how can I expedite my situation

I have applied for my H1B Extn and it has been almost 11 months and still in RFE review Response Status and when i try to upgrade my case to premium,USCIS did not allow to upgrade because 40 of the cases from my employer are in security check and administrative processing ststus.

On the flip side, I have my drivers license only for next 1 month. so I dont want to be left out with out license after the expiry.

Can someone let me know how can i ge t my license renewed or will the DMV agree to extend with receipt notice or any other suggestion to fix my case??

Some states do a temporary renewal if your extension is pending. Only your state DMV can tell.
