Stem Visa bill

I did my MS in computer science in 2002. Worked on H1 for 5 years after that. In 2007 I returned back to India.

Would I be eligible for STEM GC under the new bill (if passed)?

Would it be a direct GC or Do I need to come to US on H1 visa first. I have a valid B1 visa, Can I travel on B1 visa and then apply for GC right away.

Every US grad will not be getting a GC. Where do you think the jobs are going to be?

Once this bill has been passed, then your GC processing will be done fast.

That depends entirely on how the bill looks like when it gets passed.

Nobody can say at this time if things will be fast for certain people or not.

People just have to wait and see.

Yes, you can....whats your PD? I believe you wouldnt be required to wait till the Bill to be passed..you may get it sooner.
