rama_1911
Hi I a about to transfer my H1B from Employer A to Employer B under H1B Cap exemption. I have not joined Employer A until now and currently working for Employer B in L1B visa. Can you please let me know if my Employer A will come to know regarding the status of H1B transfer unless I tell him. Also I have not signed any papers with Employer A hence I guess he is not liable to file a law suit against me. Thanks RK Link to comment
0407
Employer who filed your H1b won't come to know about anything. Nor does your current employer. However if your H1B was approved with COS then you were supposed to join H1B petitioner soon after H1B approval. If you have not exited the country and returned back on L1B or changed to L1B again after H1B approval you are out of status Link to comment
