Shetty2011
My attorney uses his actual address for all USCIS letters. So he moved recently to a different location. Anyhow he sent a letter to USCIS about the change of address on my I-140 case as well (priority date dec 2007). So the I-140 case went back to Initial review. Here is my question: I got a fairly good offer from a big company with almost similar job description as current one. This is fulltime position and I'm currently working as a contractor for another big firm. They want me to join fulltime using EAD and AC21. Will there be issues because I-140 is in this initial review because of my attorney address change? It was approved in 2008 actually so not sure why it went back to initial review. Link to comment
Belle
No, your attorney address change has no impact on the status of your I-140. You should get a consultation with a good lawyer about using AC21 and changing jobs. Link to comment
