Can I attend Toronto Consulate without a Masters done from USA?

Hi All,

Can't I attend to H1 Stamping in Toronto Consulate as I have done my masters from India and not USA.

If so let me know which consulate in Canada does not accept Non Master degrees? Vancouver/Calgary/Ottawa/Montreal?

As far as my knowledge is concerned, US embassies in Canada doesn't issue first time H1 visa for candidates without US degree. Just check their website, you will get the info.
