H-1 B revoke

Hello Friends,

I have a few questions regarding my H1-B.

1.Can my employer revoke my H1B visa without my knowledge? Is it legally correct to do so?

2. Suppose if he can, how and when can I know about that?

3. How long can I stay in the US after I officially come to know that my H1B visa is revoked?

Please let me know. I am so worried.

It is generally not prudent for an employer to terminate any employee, even a noncitizen employee, without notice if they wish to remain compliant with employment and immigration laws. Generally, upon termination or employment and withdrawal of the H1B petition after notice and an offer of return fare obligation to the noncitizen's home country, the noncitizen is considered to be in the United States in violation of status. Of course, individual matters have a bearing on general legal advice and it is advisable to seek the counsel of a qualified immigration attorney to determine personal legal immigration options.
