knaveeng Posted April 14, 2013 Report Share Posted April 14, 2013 Is there a minimum time that the dependent needs to be on H4 visa before being allowed to change to H1 visa. I heard from somewhere that it is 1 year and I read somewhere that it is six months. Is there actually any such requirement from USCIS ? Thanks Link to comment
