Hello ,

Here's my story in brief , got H1b in 2005 , actually travelled US in Jan 2007 , returned back to India in 2010 as the transfer was not success. Now If someone has to file H1b petition for me , it will be cap exempt or has to file new .

I am interested in US employment as I still have three years left on the H1b , according to my calculation.
