AC21 after 180 days

Hi

So i am looking to accept a new job in a comsulting company. My 140 has been approved and my 485 has been pending for a few years...yes i am one of those lucky EB3 people.

I do not know what the job decsription was when my current company applied for my labor. I was in an IT role at the time. Since then, working for the same company, i have been promoted and have moved into more of an IT strategy role. Before i accepted the promotion i did check with the lawyers and they were ok with me accepting my new position.

My potential new job at the new company is an IT strategy consulting role. Wondering if anyone had some thoughts in the potential issues of accepting this position.

If you are in the same general area, a change is usually fine. Get a consultation with a good lawyer to discuss in detail.
