Pradeep Rao Posted April 11, 2013 Report Posted April 11, 2013 Hello all, I am on H1B with approved I-140 from comp A, now shifting to comp B (H1b transfer in process in PP). I am going to India and getting married after just 15 days in new comp. My wife will be going for H4 visa with comp B as petitioner. Will there be any problem ? I have been working as FT employee and will be a FT emp in comp B too. My payroll is all continuous without any breaks. Please lemme know. Thanks.
Pradeep Rao Posted April 11, 2013 Author Report Posted April 11, 2013 Actually it is in the process of transfer in Premium mode and I expect it to be approved within a week. So I'll be joining comp B and I have One paycheck generated thru comp B 1) Is this safe for my wife's H4 visa stamping ? 2) Once my H1b gets approved and transferred...will my current H1b be invalid/revoked ? Please answer... Thanks!
omshiv Posted April 12, 2013 Report Posted April 12, 2013 your wife would need to take your Company B's petition for the visa stamping...there should not be any issues.
