Hi,

I have already sponsored visiting visa to my in-laws and they visited USA and returned to India.

I would like to sponsor B2 visiting visa to my birth mother also.

But My adoptive mother name is my passport. I dont have any documents related to adoptation.

Please let me know how to sponsor visiting visa to my birth mother.

What documentation I have to provide.

According to US laws, if you have been adopted, your birth mother is no longer a family member. You may fund the trip of any one you choose not just family members.
