H1B transfer - Paystub Issue

Hi,

I got my H1B approved in January, got my SSN in feb and have been employed ever since. My employer did not give me payslip but has been paying me.

Now after much pushing, he has given me paystubs for the past 2 months but he ran march payroll report before february ( as a result fed tax collected till date for february is greater than march)

He claims it is a clerical error. and cannot be corrected now. Would that be an issue if I go for a H1b transfer now? Or in future as well?

you should be fine..but nevertheless you should get all your paystubs..its your right.
