mknanas Posted April 8, 2013 Report Share Posted April 8, 2013 Hi, My home and work are at a different geo locations. I know I need to file an H1B amendment to work from home. At this point, that is not going to happen. My Question -- If I dont have the amendment, does that mean that I cannot work from home even if I am not well or due to bad weather conditions? At this point, that is not going to happen. Why not? Your H1 would be in danger if an amendment is not filed. Have your employer file an amendment. Link to comment
