My employer filed ETA 9089 Under perm EB2 category in APRIL 2011 . Now he says 'ETA 9089 is certified ' My question is what does "Received Certified ETA" Appreciate your quick reply. SameerH1Bworker Posted June 22, 2011 Report Posted June 22, 2011 ETA 9098 form is nothing but for Labor Certification which is 1st step of GC. You need to attached that Certified PERM with your I-140 application.
