I see my dropbox letter as - Please review this information for the requirements of nonimmigrant visa interview waiver for applicants 80 years or above / children under 14 years of age applying at any U.S Consular office in India (New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad or Kolkata) Applicants 80 years or above / children under 14 years of age on the date of submission at Documents Drop of Locations are not required to appear for a nonimmigrant visa interview at any Post in Indi.......blah blah... Does this look correct for H1B visa? i called up the consulate and they say it is ok. any ideas? Link to comment
wiweq Posted April 8, 2013 Report Share Posted April 8, 2013 For H1b visa interview waiver, 3 major requirements are: 1. It's not the first H1b visa stamping 2. New visa is for the same employer mentioned on old visa 3. Old visa is expired for not more than 1 year. Check your stand. Link to comment

New visa is for the same employer mentioned on old visa - I am with the same emp for last 7 yrs 3. Old visa is expired for not more than 1 year. - Old visa xpired in Nov 2012. Check your stand.
