I am applying for my H1B xtn. I qualify for dropbox submission. I see my dropbox letter as -

Does this look correct for H1B visa? i called up the consulate and they say it is ok. any ideas?

For H1b visa interview waiver, 3 major requirements are:

1. It's not the first H1b visa stamping

2. New visa is for the same employer mentioned on old visa

3. Old visa is expired for not more than 1 year.

Yes, i qualify.

1. It's not the first H1b visa stamping - My first stamping was in Feb 2006

2. New visa is for the same employer mentioned on old visa - I am with the same emp for last 7 yrs

3. Old visa is expired for not more than 1 year. - Old visa xpired in Nov 2012.
