I see my dropbox letter as - Please review this information for the requirements of nonimmigrant visa interview waiver for applicants 80 years or above / children under 14 years of age applying at any U.S Consular office in India (New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad or Kolkata) Applicants 80 years or above / children under 14 years of age on the date of submission at Documents Drop of Locations are not required to appear for a nonimmigrant visa interview at any Post in Indi.......blah blah... Does this look correct for H1B visa? i called up the consulate and they say it is ok. any ideas?
wiweq Posted April 8, 2013 Report Posted April 8, 2013 For H1b visa interview waiver, 3 major requirements are: 1. It's not the first H1b visa stamping 2. New visa is for the same employer mentioned on old visa 3. Old visa is expired for not more than 1 year. Check your stand.

New visa is for the same employer mentioned on old visa - I am with the same emp for last 7 yrs 3. Old visa is expired for not more than 1 year. - Old visa xpired in Nov 2012. Check your stand.
