As you are aware that the h1B applications will be lottery based, considering dont know how long that takes I have applied for a university for summer 2013 starting in May. If at all I join the university will my H1B application still be valid? Can I defer my admission to summer 2 that begins in july but my opt expires in june? Link to comment
